▸ Roles & Responsibility
- Develop and maintain user interface components using React.js and other front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to ensure excellent performance across different devices and browsers.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality and team collaboration.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies and advocate for their integration into the development process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions within project timelines.
▸ Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a React.js Developer with a minimum of 1+ years of professional work experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its modern ES6+ syntax.
- Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles, such as Virtual DOM, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Experience with popular state management libraries like Redux or MobX is a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers like Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first development principles.
- Understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, and the ability to translate design mockups into functional web pages.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling to interact with back-end services.
- Experience with code testing and testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
