▸ Position Description
We are looking for a fresher recruiter to join our HR department who will play a key role in
sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier industry talent. As a recruiter, you will be
responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates with the right cultural fit and skills that
are vital to our company’s growth.
▸ Responsibilities And Duties
- Collaborate with departmental managers, HR & management to understand the
latest candidate requirements. - Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites or company portals.
- Craft and send personalised recruiting emails with current job openings to active/
passive candidates - Source qualified candidates from different job portals, internal databases, social
media and references. - Screen and filter out candidates by evaluating as per the latest company standards.
- Analyze a candidate’s capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of methods – video, in-person, walk-in drives
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application
process - Assisting HR department in relevant paperwork
- Assisting HR department in operational tasks
▸ Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree – preferably in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field. - Prior internship experience as an HR Recruiter will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment process and platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Should possess excellent communication skills
